A Bilingual (English and Spanish) AI Chatbot That Qualifies Leads and Pushes Them to Book

The challenge

Leads who fill in a form but never book an appointment go cold. The client wanted every form submission answered instantly with a personalised result and, if they did not book, a conversation that nudges them to.

Project implementation

• Built a GoHighLevel form trigger that sends the submission through a Zapier catch-hook to ChatGPT.
• ChatGPT writes a personalised report from the lead's answers, returned to GoHighLevel and sent by SMS and email.
• After a wait, if no appointment is booked, an AI chatbot starts a conversation with the lead and asks qualifying questions.
• Delivered the same automation and chatbot in both English and Spanish.

Results

• Working end-to-end automation demonstrated live in the walkthrough, in two languages.
• No conversion or booking figures are available for this build.
