The challenge
Leads go cold when nobody calls back quickly. The goal: have an AI voice agent call leads automatically, greet them by first name, and push call outcomes back to the CRM.
Project implementation
- Built a GoHighLevel workflow that triggers a Synthflow outbound call using the contact's phone number and first name.
- Deployed a Synthflow voice assistant to GoHighLevel with a custom greeting, response-speed (patience) setting and industry vocabulary.
- Built a HubSpot workflow that places an AI phone call and branches on call status.
- Built an n8n retrieval-based AI agent (OpenAI model, chat memory, vector store loaded from documents).
Results
- Working builds across GoHighLevel, HubSpot and n8n. Call-volume and booking metrics are not available for these examples.
