The challenge
A busy service business had a working GoHighLevel account - workflows, funnels, website, email, SMS and phone - but no clear picture of what was solid, what was costing leads, and what to fix first.
Project implementation
- Audited the whole sub-account without changing anything: account foundations, CRM, pipelines, automations, email/SMS, calendars, integrations, reputation and reporting.
- Delivered a spreadsheet checklist with a Pass / Needs Fix status and High / Medium / Low priority for every item.
- Wrote a complete report with an executive summary, health snapshot, key findings and recommendations.
- Key findings included: incoming calls not tagged, too few smart lists, calendar links showing the default platform domain instead of a branded one, bot-detection not enabled, and no dedicated sending subdomain - meaning default sender addresses and most important emails going to spam.
Results
- Health snapshot, as stated in the report: 134 items reviewed - 62 passed, 56 needed fix or improvement, 12 optional; critical not-set-up items included email deliverability and the payments system.
- Overall verdict in the report: a solid base that needs structured improvements in automation, deliverability and reporting to run at a professional, scalable level.
- No before/after performance figures are available.
